Our team here at E&D Ventilation have been very busy, working on a fryer ductwork cleaning job. This was a job that really needed doing and was becoming a risk for the customer.

Our team was called into help them ensure that their shop was safe and the risks of fire were reduced greatly.

For this task, our team was challenged with cleaning the fryer ductwork. The ductwork and ventilation for the fryers had become backed up with a large amount of grease and grime, this is simply due to the use of the fryers and is something that all kitchens face. To ensure that the fryers weren't a fire hazard our team set to work cleaning.
